Which iPhones show it in the Dynamic Island?

iPhone models that have the Dynamic Island. On other iPhones the remaining calories show on the Lock Screen.

Do I need to open the app for it to update?

No — as soon as you log a meal, the number on the Lock Screen updates.

Does it show water too?

Yes — alongside the calories left, you see how much water you have logged today.

Is it available on Android?

Me Nutrition is on iPhone today; the Android version is coming soon.
