🥪 Chicken sandwich on brown bread
This is a simple, lean sandwich of sliced grilled chicken breast layered with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato between two slices of whole-wheat bread, with a thin spread of mustard. It is soft and savoury with a fresh crunch, and a common choice at cafés, office lunches and lunchboxes.
