🍯 Yemeni honey fatta
Yemeni honey fatta is a sweet dish of warm flatbread torn into small pieces and mashed with melted ghee and honey into a soft, sticky mass. Sliced banana and chopped dates are often folded in or scattered on top. It is eaten with the fingers from a shared bowl, usually at breakfast or as a sweet course, and is very rich and filling.
