🍔 Mushroom Swiss Burger
The mushroom Swiss burger is a grilled beef patty topped with a mound of sautéed mushrooms and a slice of melted Swiss cheese, served in a soft bun. The mushrooms bring an earthy, savoury depth, while the nutty cheese melts over them. It is a long-standing favourite on American diner and burger-chain menus.
