🌯 Chips Oman sandwich
The Chips Oman sandwich is a Gulf street snack: a flat khubz bread spread with soft cream cheese, filled with crushed chilli-flavoured potato chips and often a fried or scrambled egg, then rolled up and sometimes pressed on a hot grill. It is salty, creamy, crunchy and a little spicy. It is a popular quick breakfast and school or late-night snack.
