🍔 Fish burger
A fish burger is a crisp fried fillet of white fish served in a soft bun with lettuce, a spoonful of mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon. The fish is flaky and mild inside its golden coating, while the cool lettuce and creamy sauce balance the crunch. It is a fast-food and pub favourite, usually eaten with fries or a side salad.
