🍔 Spicy chicken burger
A spicy chicken burger is a boneless chicken thigh coated in a chili-spiced breading, fried until crunchy and served in a soft bun with crisp lettuce and mayonnaise. The meat stays juicy inside while the coating brings heat and crunch. It is a fast-food staple usually eaten on the go, often with fries.
