🦐 Grilled prawns (gamberi alla griglia)
Gamberi alla griglia are Italian grilled prawns, brushed with olive oil, garlic and parsley and cooked quickly over high heat until lightly charred and juicy. A squeeze of lemon at the table brightens the sweet shrimp flavour. They are served as a simple seafood main or antipasto, often with salad or grilled vegetables.
