A kids' meal with chicken nuggets is the familiar fast-food combo: a few bite-sized pieces of breaded chicken, a small portion of fries, a little ketchup for dipping and a juice box. The nuggets are crisp outside and soft inside, the fries salty and golden. At home the same plate can be made with oven-baked nuggets and fries, which keeps the idea but gives more control over oil.
