☕ Kopi Susu
Kopi susu is Southeast Asian coffee with milk: strong, dark-roasted coffee poured over sweetened condensed milk, which settles at the bottom of the glass until stirred. The result is rich, sweet and milky with a bold roasted bitterness. It is drunk hot in the morning or poured over ice in the afternoon heat.
