🥜 Roasted salted mixed nuts
Roasted mixed nuts are a simple snack of nuts such as almonds, cashews, hazelnuts and walnuts, dry-roasted until fragrant and lightly salted. They are crunchy, rich and savoury, and are eaten by the handful between meals, served with drinks or packed for travel. Because they are dense in energy, a small handful is a typical serving.
