🌶️ Pad kra pao with beef
This version of pad kra pao uses beef: thin slices or mince stir-fried at high heat with Thai basil, garlic and plenty of chilli, seasoned with fish sauce and a little sugar. The meat comes out savoury and spicy, fragrant with basil, and is served straight over a plate of steamed jasmine rice for a quick, filling one-dish meal.
