🍝 Penne with smoked salmon
Penne al salmone is an Italian pasta dish of penne tossed in a cream sauce with strips of smoked salmon, a splash of vodka and fresh dill. The sauce is smooth and rich, the salmon adds a smoky, salty note, and the dill keeps it fresh. It is served hot as a quick first course.
