☕ Saffron Latte
A saffron latte is espresso topped with steamed milk and sweetened with a simple syrup of saffron and cardamom. It has a pale golden colour, a silky foam and a warm, floral taste that softens the coffee. It is a favourite on Gulf café menus, served hot in a tall cup, sometimes with a few saffron threads on top.
