Supangle is a Turkish chocolate pudding made by cooking milk with cocoa, sugar and starch, then enriching it with melted chocolate. It sets into a dense, glossy, intensely chocolatey cream that is served well chilled. Pudding shops often serve it over cake pieces, but the pudding itself is simple to make at home and is enjoyed on its own.
