🥛 Sweet Lassi
Sweet lassi is a thick, chilled yogurt drink from North India, blended with sugar and a little water until frothy. It is often scented with ground cardamom or a few drops of rose water and served in tall glasses or clay cups. Creamy, cool and lightly tangy, it is a classic partner for spicy food and a favourite on hot summer days.
