Tacos de pollo are small corn tortillas filled with seasoned shredded or grilled chicken, topped with chopped onion, fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime and green salsa verde. The chicken is juicy and lightly spiced, the toppings keep everything fresh and sharp. They are one of the most familiar everyday tacos, easy to make at home and served two or three per plate.
