🦃 Thanksgiving turkey dinner
The classic Thanksgiving plate centres on slices of roast turkey, served with bread stuffing, rich gravy made from the pan juices, tart cranberry sauce and creamy mashed potatoes. The meat is savoury and juicy, the stuffing herby and soft, and the cranberry sauce cuts through with sweet-sour brightness. It is the traditional holiday meal shared by families in the United States in late November.
