🍯 Yogurt with honey
Yogurt with honey is one of the simplest desserts and breakfasts there is: a bowl of thick plain yogurt with a spoonful of honey drizzled over the top. The cool, tangy yogurt and the floral sweetness of the honey balance each other. It is eaten for breakfast, as a light dessert or as a snack, and is especially associated with Greek tavernas.

History
Yogurt and honey have both been eaten around the eastern Mediterranean for a very long time, and serving them together is common from Greece and Turkey to the Levant. Today the combination is best known abroad as a classic Greek breakfast and taverna dessert.
