🍱 Chirashi don
Chirashi don is a bowl of vinegared sushi rice topped with an assortment of sashimi, slices of sweet tamago omelette, shrimp, strips of nori and pickled ginger. Each bite mixes cool, silky fish with lightly sweet-sour rice. It is served with wasabi on the side and is a common lunch set at sushi bars.
