Ćuretina sa mlincima is roast turkey served with mlinci, thin dried flatbreads that are broken into pieces, softened in hot water and then soaked in the turkey's roasting drippings and butter. The turkey skin turns crisp while the mlinci become tender and full of savory flavor. It is a festive centerpiece for Sundays and holidays.
