🥤 Date milkshake
A date milkshake is a thick, creamy drink of soft dates blended with cold milk and vanilla ice cream, finished with a pinch of cardamom. The dates give natural caramel sweetness and body, so no extra sugar is needed. It is sold in juice shops across the Gulf and is a popular drink at iftar during Ramadan.
