🍲 Kongnamul Gukbap (Bean Sprout Soup with Rice)
Kongnamul gukbap is a Korean soup of soybean sprouts simmered in a light broth and served over rice. Garlic, scallion and gochugaru chili flakes give it a gentle heat, and a few drops of sesame oil finish the bowl. It is clean, crunchy and warming, and is a popular breakfast in Korea.
