🌶️ Spetsofai
Spetsofai is a rustic Greek stew of sliced country sausage cooked with sweet bell peppers, tomato, onion and chili. The peppers turn soft and sweet, the sausage releases its flavour into the sauce and the chili adds gentle heat. It is served hot with crusty bread or as part of a meze spread.
