🌮 Tacos al Pastor
Tacos al pastor are filled with thin slices of chili-marinated pork that is roasted on a vertical spit and shaved off to order. Each small tortilla is topped with the juicy, smoky-red pork, a sliver of roasted pineapple, chopped onion and cilantro. The meat is tangy and lightly spicy, and the pineapple adds a sweet contrast; lime and salsa are served on the side.
