🍣 Temaki (hand roll)
Temaki is a cone-shaped sushi hand roll: a sheet of crisp nori wrapped around vinegared rice, raw salmon, creamy avocado and fresh cucumber. It is eaten with the hands, ideally straight after rolling while the nori still crackles. Temaki is popular at home sushi parties, where everyone rolls their own.
