🌰 Nut-stuffed dates
Stuffed dates are soft pitted dates filled with a whole almond, a piece of walnut or a few pistachios. The chewy, honey-sweet fruit contrasts with the crunchy, slightly bitter nut. They are arranged on trays for guests, served with Arabic coffee, and are especially common during Ramadan, Eid and weddings.
