🍢 Chicken shish (tavuk şiş)
Tavuk şiş is Turkish chicken shish kebab: cubes of chicken marinated in yogurt, paprika, grated onion and black pepper, threaded on skewers and grilled over charcoal until charred at the edges and juicy inside. The yogurt tenderises the meat. It is served with grilled peppers, tomatoes, onion salad and rice or flatbread.
